An Awesome Kidmin Community Event

Purpose: To encourage, empower and equip KidMin leaders and volunteers as they lead and serve the kids in their ministries to become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

Whether you are a full-time children's pastor or a faithful volunteer teammate, ministry is not for the faint at heart. Since creativity, relationships, vision, and spiritual depth overflow from who we are, caring for ourselves may be the most strategic thing we can do to expand our leadership capacity. In this workshop, you will learn how to develop a joy-filled and sustainable pace of life, establish liberating boundaries and develop powerful habits that will help you trade business for strategic fruitfulness.
