If you have to lead a small group you know that it can be very chaotic. But it doesn’t have to be that way. In this session Kim shares what you can do to engage kids to have a successful small group experience for the leaders and the kids.

Discussion Questions

  1. What would the ideal small group time look like? What would need to happen for you to say, “that was a success”?

  2. How many kids do you have in a small group? Do you have too many?

  3. How can you create a value of relationship with the kids over finishing EVERY question on the lesson plan?

  4. What elements can you implement to engage kids rather than have them listen passively?
